SHIPPING POLICY (PTL Global)

We aim to deliver your orders as fast and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Rates (Malaysia)

We charge flat shipping rates per unit:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 per unit (includes basic shipping insurance)

• Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 per unit (includes basic shipping insurance)

Shipping fees will be calculated based on total quantity ordered.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within:

• 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

(delays may occur due to courier or public holidays)

4. Shipping Coverage

We provide basic shipping insurance for loss or damage during transit.

If parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving tracking updates.

5. Tracking

Tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not support direct international checkout on this website.
