All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed before order processing unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All PTL 850 (S) Walkie Talkie orders include standard shipping within Malaysia.

Shipping fees are already included in the product price displayed at checkout.

6. Warranty & Returns

All PTL products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Physical damage caused by the buyer is not covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or accidental damages

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• Misuse of the product

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use.
