WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage
All PTL devices come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions only.
2. What is NOT covered
Warranty does NOT cover:
• Physical damage (including drops, water damage, or impact damage)
• Misuse, improper handling, or negligence
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Wear and tear of the product
3. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
• Contact our support team via WhatsApp
• Provide order details and a description of the issue
• Follow instructions for product return or inspection if required
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product based on assessment.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for the following:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect usage or handling of the product
• Incorrect orders confirmed by the customer
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
• The product is out of stock after payment has been made
• The order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier or logistical issues
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Replacement Policy
If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty terms, we will provide:
• Repair of the product, or
• Replacement with a new unit (subject to stock availability)
